All GPs to be:
- taken back into and directly NHS administered and payrolled aligned with hospital doctor rates; allocated daily duties each required working day at the hospital to serve patients at either hospital A&E or in community-centre based mobile surgeries; turn over all privately held/grant aided NHS patient practices to the NHS; be offered a training buy-back option to be able to take up private practice outside the NHS.
