Add mindfulness, meditation, morality and ethics to the national curriculum
The Government should reform the national curriculum to incorporate mindfulness, meditation, morality and ethics to bring up balanced, more productive happy members of society.
We believe this would be more positive than any other teaching. It could save huge amounts of personal pain and save costs from lost working time + treatment of mental health issues. You could have less violence, anger, etc. and a happier, content & more productive people as a result.
Schools & clubs try to build confidence, but we believe teaching mindfulness, meditation and discussing these issues throughout education could have a far more positive affect & stop dysfunction from even forming.
