Update the education system and introduce subjects for 21st century learning.
I propose we update the education system to introduce subjects which are primed for 21st century learning. Finance, technology, the environment - all key areas I believe we should be teaching the leaders of the future about at the earliest stage.
Learning how to start your own company, plan and manage your personal finances, create innovative and pioneering ideas to help shape the future of tomorrow and protect the world we live in - why do we not teach our children about these fundamentally critical topics? Why are we not focusing on making the world of tomorrow a better place? Why do we still have an outdated education system based on a world of over 50+ years ago? In a world thats changing at pace, let's not leave our children behind.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. The environment, technology and finance are all included as part of the national curriculum. You can find out more here:

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
