Implement a second national lock down
Close schools, universities, pubs, restaurants, gyms, hairdressers, and all non vital retail shops for 3 weeks. Ask the public to only go to work if they cannot work from home. Restrict all social meetings between households anywhere. Restrict numbers of shoppers in food shops.
The numbers of Corona Virus cases and deaths are rising at an alarming rate. Lives could be saved by acting before the virus infection rate gets out of hand again. After 3 weeks if the rates of deaths are lowering the lock down could be lifted. Otherwise it could be continued to give the NHS a chance to cope.
