Extend British Summertime for the Winter of 2020/2021.
Lighten our evenings for the good of the whole population and the economy.
This would be a relatively easy step to lift the spirits of the nation and to make it possible to spend more time outdoors whether exercising or meeting in small groups. It would help the hospitality industry and go some way to dispelling the gloom which usually accompanies the clocks going back.
