Ex-Military Medical Technicians/Assistants to be NHS A&E practitioners
Military medics are trained to a very high standard. The NHS is short of doctors and nurse practitioners.
I propose that the NHS recruits and trains ex military medical technicians and assistants as A&E practitioners this will relieve the strain on the most overstretched NHS A&E depts
