Face masks to be made mandatory while out in public
Face masks to be worn outside, people coming from pubs fined if not wearing mask. Police have to man drunks as cause of increases in major towns. Masks worn everywhere will reduce the covid numbers, protect people from untraceable carriers and help keep local business open and protect the NHS.
As the government can implement a law to be passed and ensure that it is legal to wear masks.
