Legalise Tattoos For Over 16s With Parental Consent.
Tattooing is a form of art, dating back over 5000 years, that has been used as a form of expression for religious and personal reasons. It should not be the government dictating the art that people choose to display on their body, allowing parental consent along with personal choice is fair.
I would like the government to legalise the tattooing of minors above the age of 16 if the parents of the minor are happy to permit this and sign a consent form.
