Move dead line of secondary school application to end November. Because of the coronavirus and this situation 11plus exam moved from September 2020 to October 2020, so the results only publish end of November after the dead line of secondary school application deadline that is end of October.

Because everything moved to one month this deadline of secondary school application need to move to end of November as well so the parents can make right decision.
