Cycle path between Middlesbrough and Guisborough
Guisborough has an estimated population of 22000 yet there is no cycle path to middlesbrough, instead cyclists are having to use the very busy A171 dual carriage way.
A cycle path exists for part of the way, a link is needed from Dixons Bank to Guisborough town a distance of only six miles. Redcar and Cleveland Council have looked at this but no plans are being considered.
