During a Tier 3 lockdown, bands and musicians should be allowed to rehearse.
Under tier 3 lockdown guidance that states no meeting anyone, even distanced. That means a band practises or rehearsal for musicians who NEED to rehearse and work, are impossible.
Musicians need to make a living. Retraining simply is not an option. That's like saying a politician should retrain as a shelf stacker immediately. It's stupid. Allow musicians and people in the arts to be able to safely and socially distanced, rehearse, practise, work.
The rules are far too strict and are Killing the arts.
