Change and increase the SEISS grant proposed to ALL self employed people
Acknowledge and address that 20% of avg monthly earnings of the self employed in a single payment covering 3 months and capped at £1875 is disproportionate and NOT going far enough to cover the missed income we are experiencing.
The governments proposal to award 20% of the avg monthly profits in one lump sum to cover 3 months in TOTAL is unacceptable and is disproportionate and significantly lower than the support offered to employees. Those with premises have to choose between saving their business or feeding their families. Those who are recently self employed receive NOTHING.
Explain how you reached this decision while dismissing the £30billion we contribute to the UK economy.
