Make it illegal to rise insurance upon accident if it was not the driver's fault
Make it illegal to rise insurance fees of a vehicle upon suffering from an accident through no fault of the driver's.
It is simply unfair to make those drivers' lives more difficult by increasing the insurance fees upon an accident if it was not his/her/their fault.
