Abolish parliament and move to remote working for MP’s permanently.
Decisions are being made by people so far removed from the area they are supposedly governing that they can’t be held accountable for these decisions and anyone not living in London is slowly falling victim to this. This is only becoming clearer as lockdown restrictions tighten.
Accountability reassurance and trust-the British government needs to make moves to bring the public back on side after recent months, treating London as a country causes this divide more and more. This is a bold move and has been discussed at length a number of times.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. We're not sure if you want to abolish Parliament as an institution, or if you would like it to be only a virtual institution.
You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
