The public votes no confidence in government

Petition Details

After their shambles on coronavirus, refusing manchester vital funding and now failing to provide the most vulnerable in society with free meals, the tory party need to step down.

Additional Information

This is a call for a public vote of no confidence in the British government. From the mismanagement and bad handling of PPE, track and trace and vital funding. Not locking down soon enough or for long enough. Offering Greater Manchester less than 1/3 of the required funding and refusing to extend the free school meals into the holidays it is time for this government to step down and let someone capable in.

This petition was rejected

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

We can't accept petitions about appointments, which includes calling for Ministers to be sacked or for a vote of no confidence.

If you're concerned about a particular policy or decision that's the responsibility of Government or the House of Commons, you could sign or start a petition about that.
