STOP changing the clock's time. year on year
Just decree the British time doesn't involve clock changing throughout the year we keep a consistent time throughout the year,
In America daylight savings time causes increased road accidents, this is not a good thing.
Although there are arguments that this means children do go to school in the dark it is only an hour away from the actual time in which most people might need to commute to school anyway and one would hope that the cover of nightfall for an hour doesn't cause too much trouble for the reduction, given the invention of the lamp and that we have a police force.
