Petition Action

Hospitality furlough for new employees

Petition Details

A large number of people have been made redundant or been forced to change jobs due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This means that a lot of employees in the hospitality industry are currently not entitled to furlough under the current scheme and are at risk of losing their new jobs.

Additional Information

We want you to acknowledge the hospitality workers all over the UK who are not entitled to furlough under the current scheme. We should be just as entitled to furlough as any other employees. We want to ensure that these employees will not be made redundant all over again.
