have care home visits through a window
just so we can see our parents through a window in care homes
to have a policy and not leave our old people till the last and forget about them

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The Government published guidance on 4th November to support safe home care visits under the national restrictions taking effect from 5th November. This guidance allows for visits at windows, where the visitor doesn’t need to come inside the care home or where the visitor remains in their car, and the resident is socially distanced.
