Add domestic abuse and coercive control to the National Curriculum.
I would like Domestic Abuse and Coercive Control taught during sex and relationship education in Secondary Schools.
I believe that by adding it to the curriculum and teaching young people about the dangers, specifically of coercive control, early, we may be able to stem the amount of abusive relationship as signs may be noticed earlier. It also will work alongside the new Domestic Abuse Bill and the reforms being made to the Family Court system.
