"Think Cycle! Was it worth trying to get past to save a few seconds, when it could cost a life?"

Additional Information

I feel that it would be a very good idea to promote an awareness campaign to give cyclists more safety on the roads. one of the considerations would be to remember to give the cyclist plenty of room. If necessary be ready to hold back, until it is safe to pass leaving an adequate gap, sufficient to avoid hitting the cyclist if they wobble or fall over.

it will save lives so cut down public money spending
Cyclist Casualties, 2012
Killed 107
Seriously Injured 3,085
Slightly Injured 16,023
Total 19,215

In a real cyclist world it would be better to actually have cycling lanes other countries do so why not us?
