Critical impact of the judgment in the case of, “Akther v Khan 2020“ on the right of a married Muslim women and Matrimonial law. It should be carefully consider the reasonable amendments to the Matrimonial law regards to the beneficial interests of a women who wish to marry under the (Sharia law)

It is important to understand the consequences of the judgement on the case of “Akther v Khan 2020”, which makes a Muslim married women leave without a hope of support due to conditions of the Matrimonial law. House of Parliament has a duty to consider the reasonable amendments on to the law of Matrimonial Causes Act 1973, which will help families in a similar situation as “Akther v Khan”
