Allow the display the Baner Sen Kernow upon vehicle licence plates.

Additional Information

The The Road Vehicles (Display of Registration Marks) Regulations, 2001 prohibits the legal display of the Baner Sen Kernow upon vehicle licence plates however allows the display of Welsh, Scottish, Northern Irish and English flags. Under the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities, ratified by the Government in 2014 the Cornish people are entitled to be able to promote, preserve and forge a national identity within the 21st century.
