Make parents criminally responsible for under 18s

Additional Information

Parents to be criminally responsible for their children under 18 by prosecuting the parent for any crime their child commits.
Eg a 16 year old commits a burglary the 16 year old AND both both parents (separated or not) are charged for the crime.
