Scrap zero hour employment contracts and give employees job security

Zero rated contracts give too much power to big companies and no job security to employees ,also companies are using this tact to cut costs and hire and fire at a whim , also this does not encourage job satisfaction , i therefore think this should be investigated as this also gives false unemployment figures and companies get away with any responsibilities i.e. human rights
