Doctors should decide who is fit for work and not clerical staff from the DWP
DWP staff or judges on a tribunal panels should not decide whether people are fit for work. This should be done by doctors who know when someone is fit for work or not. This is undermining doctors.
After all, no-one would go to a doctor for legal advice.
