Make it unlawful for shops to refuse cash payments.
Cash is legal tender and now many shops are refusing to accept it siting the pandemic as the reason it is unsafe. There are many in society who are unable to have cards for various reasons and they are being disadvantaged and discriminated against.
This is active discrimination.
