Confirm that there are no administrative nor operational links between the NCA and ACPO.
The corrupting influence of ACPO is what has held back policing and the apprehension of serious organised criminals in this country for years. Only by keeping the new NCA distinct and COMPLETELY independent from ACPO has the new agency ANY possibility of being of benefit.
