Petition Action

Ban the sale of fireworks in supermarkets and other shops.

Petition Details

I would like the UK Government to ban the sale of fireworks in supermarkets and other shops.

Additional Information

The Government should do this as the general public are suffering because of idiots getting their hands on / or being sold to people underage.

I am fed up of hearing stories day in and out of them being fired at peoples homes, businesses, cars and in many cases at people.

Fireworks can also create a lot of distress for pets and small children. I see no issue with displays being held properly and safely in local communities by their local councils but private sales must stop.
