Debate the scientific strength of a predictable framework of lockdowns as the best way to protect commercial interests whilst controlling Covid 19. Agree on this or produce an alternative plan that takes positive control and protects individuals, commerce and Christmas.

Everyone is currently craving more predictability and certainty. A planned, scheduled lockdown series shows decisiveness and takes control. It enables families and businesses, particularly the hospitality sector, to confidently plan ahead. It creates a circuit break in the Covid 19 cases across the country. It acts as a quarantine period ahead of Christmas. Planned now, it gives both personal and commercial certainty for a more normalised festive season.
