There hasn't been one single report done in this country for the wellfare of bus drivers since buses went privitizes in 1993. Yet there have been 32 reports from 13 countries were they have shown that the safety of drivers and passengers are in serious risk , ie ,sleep deprivation,Fatigue, tension, mental
overload, musculo-skeletal ,problems, stomach problems,high blood pressure, sleeping
complaints, high adrenaline levels. According to unite union,Plus the fact that diesel has been categorised according to the world health organization as as dangerous as mustard gas , carcinogens which can causes lung cancer and other illnesses, including making the driver groggy. Most companies and TFL have failed to investigate these claims under the Health Act, using the plausible deniability,ignorance as their defense, because it will affect their profit.
