Change parliamentary protocol that allows MPs to respond to local constituents
I want MPs to be able to reply to anyone in the united kingdom, this encourages transparency, teamwork and togetherness.
MPs are currently overwhelmed and it seems a more team work-based approach if MPs can help anyone in the UK not just reply to their local constituents, I believe this will serve the people better ultimately.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
There is a convention that Members deal with personal inquiries only from their own constituents, but it is up to every MP to decide how to respond to correspondence from members of the public, whether they are from their own or another constituency. MPs are therefore already able to reply to correspondence from people from other constituencies.
