Don’t cancel 2021 Exams at any circumstances but cut further content!
I would like the government to not cancel the examinations at any circumstances. The Secretary of State for Education has confirmed that examinations will go ahead next summer. However, there have been many petitions and and protest by teachers and students to cancel the exams which is not fair...
Firstly, I believe exams are the one and only way to truly assess and understand a persons capability! Statistics show that many students didn’t receive the receive grades they could have achieved last summer! Most people receive an average 1 or 2 grades higher in their summer exams than the results they receive in their mocks...
The content already cut, 3 weeks extension & the booster/tution sessions provided is not enough to catch up on missed 4 months of classroom time which is invaluable...
