Banks to payback tax payers money with any profit made and not allow bonus payments to staff, shareholders or CEO's

Additional Information

Banks which have borrow from the UK tax payers should be forced to pay back all money borrowed from any profits made, until the loan is paid back with interest.
Shareholders, staff and CEO's should not be allowed to take bonus payments until this is done.
