Mr Oliver Dowden said that the public must have access to the Premier League if it is forced to resume behind closed doors thanks to the corona virus pandemic.
This was the case at the end of season 19-20 but the Premier League have now changed this and charge £14.99 per additional game
With the rapid increase in cases and deaths throughout the UK, the local lockdown restrictions, job losses and mental health issues, sport can help at these troubled times, but the very people it is meant to help are then unable to afford to watch the sport they love.
This should be a free service for all sports fans until the UK Government changes the law or grounds are made Covid safe.
