Cafcass procedures to be re-evaluated especially the complaints
To change the way Cafcass work, it seems they can say or make up what they want and not be held accountable as the complaints procedure gets you nowhere.
Re-evaluate Cafcass procedures and policies, all complaints to be looked at fairly without automatically backing their workers.
