Regulate insurance policies on domestic appliance

Additional Information

At the present time, certain electrical appliance suppliers are offering insurance with no expiry date. In a great deal of occasions customers scrap the appliance, as it is defunct and forget to cancel the insurance, which is probably the intention of the open ended insurance.
The maximum period for insurance for domestic appliances should be 3 years, and the customer should be informed when this expires, and offer additional yearly insurance, for the customers needs, however spare parts may not be available, after 3 years, and the customer should be advised accordingly
