Stop unattended roadworks, get work the done quickly to keep roads clear
Make contractors complete roadworks quickly to stop unattended works blocking the roads and stopping traffic moving around. This will stop so many traffic jams due to roads being blocked off with no one working there for weeks on end.
This will keep the roads clear and therefore the economy moving as transport will be able to get goods from a to b without having to negotiate blocked roads. It will also cut travelling times for commuters, school runs etc. It will also cut down on speeding, air pollution and road rage.
