Petition Action

Make it a criminal offence to intentionally disconnect internet without reason

Petition Details

When installing internet connections for properties, unscrupulous engineers sometimes disconnect an existing property and use the connection for a new customer leaving the existing customer with no internet connection. This is a known issue in the industry and must be stopped.

Additional Information

We all need the internet these days, many of us for our businesses. During the pandemic many more of us are working from home and loss of connection can be detrimental to business and cause huge stress.
