Schools should offer online learning.
With exceptions for childcare reasons, the most vulnerable and key workers. This should be substantial and monitored but reducing the amount of students in school has to be better than a complete closure.
In tier 2 or 3 restriction areas, or the equivalent, schools should move to learning online, in particular for secondary aged children
To minimise contact and the potential spread of Covid between the asymptomatic demographic.
Appease concerns and therefore aid mental health of the wider public
