Doctors who have been investigated by the GMC should not be allowed to carry out ATOS Work Capability Assessments

Additional Information

If a doctor is being investigated by the GMC over their conduct during ATOS Work Capability Assessments, they should not be allowed to carry out these assessments. Also, these doctors should not be allowed to sit on Tribunal panels.
