Ban the sale of fireworks to public
Make the sale of fireworks to the public illegal.
Kids are getting hold of fireworks and setting them off dangerously. People are attaching them to small animals thinking its funny. And pets are getting seriously petrified because of them. If people want to see fireworks they can go to an arranged professional display
