Class gyms as essential
Gyms are essential for both physical and mental health and well-being
Being healthy increases your ability to fight infection and disease
There is no better way of fighting any form of virus than to be fit and healthy
Make gyms essential in order to keep the country healthy and fight against C19.
The data has already been published showing Gyms to be one of the least contributing Industries to the virus pandemic. There are only positive benefits by making gyms essential places for people to not only stay for and healthy but for others to become healthier and thus fight this virus.
Mental health has never been more crucial and it has been proven that exercising in a gym, not just outdoors, is better than taking antidepressants.
This is because of the gym itself, the people and positivity.
