Allow horse riding schools to stay open during 2nd lockdown
Allow riding schools practicing social distancing to give lessons in their outdoor arenas during second national lockdown for mental health and sporting reasons.
In terms of covid riding outdoors is very safe , science does not indicate horse riding is a big risk. People need to be able to partake i. Various sports outdoors to help with mental health amongst other reasons.
