Postpone the application of IR35 to 2022
In light of the new lockdown measures I would like the Government to reconsider the implementation of IR35 that is due to start in April 2021 to a later date.
Considering that freelance workers do not have any employment rights as we are not paid holiday, nor sickness pay and in substance if a freelance worker cannot work he or she will not get paid, it is unfair and unjust, in particular at times like the present one to have to pay the same taxes as an employee but having no employee’s rights.
