Gyms to stay OPEN during lockdown.
NHS website states "Research shows that physical activity can also boost self-esteem, mood, sleep quality and energy, as well as reducing your risk of stress and depression."
Improves your overall mood - considering the current circumstances it is vital to try to stay positive. No gym = struggles
Its a necessity for me & many other members of the public to go the the gym. The pandemic has been 8 months, 6 months with no gym. Back into the swing of things since gyms reopened & I physically cannot go through another lockdown without being able to go to the gym. Gyms are needed for many personal reasons. Mental & physical wellbeing & overall health. "If
exercise were a pill, it would be one of the most cost-effective drugs ever invented," says Dr Nick Cavill, a health promotion consultant.
