During the second lockdown make all universities and colleges teach online.
Move universities and colleges to home working to further prevent the spread of covid 19. In line with the restrictions of stay at home during lockdown 2 FE colleges and universities could help reduce cases and strain on the NHS. This is an age category where the spread of infection is much higher.
This needs to be done to prevent strain on the health care systems in our country. Curb the spread of covid across education settings and ultimately reduce the number of people spreading the virus in classrooms and lecture halls of more than 20 people. There is a great deal of evidence to show the infections start to increase during September. There are also many teachers who clinically vulnerable who would benefit from avoiding contact with people by teaching online.
