Allow sales of takeaway alcohol by licensed premises during lockdown in Nov 2020
Allow licensed premises to sell takeaway alcohol during the November 2020 lockdown.
It was permitted previously and can be managed in a socially distant manner. It disadvantages pubs against supermarkets and will lead to unnecessary pub closures.
