Allow outdoor COVID secure running events during lockdown
Allow COVID secure outdoor running events to take place in lockdown.
Outdoor transition is low risk and without such events mental health could continue to deteriorate. If events have proved they can be COVID secure they should be allowed to continue as people can social distance.
