Allow tennis (singles/within a household) outdoors during the November lockdown
To allow tennis to to be played outdoors, following new guidelines (ie within a household or with one other person) during the November lockdown.
Physical and mental well-being are critical to the population during the next 4 weeks. Understandably restrictions have to be put in place to safeguard against exponential growth in Covid-9, however a blanket approach to ban ALL sport during this time leaves few options to keep active.
Tennis, played outdoors (singles/within a household), has obvious physical benefits (as well as the emotional benefits of being active) and is a perfect option for safe, socially distanced exercise..
