Keep baby classes open during anything but a 100% lockdown.
Allow baby classes to stay open during lockdown unless absolutely everything is close. If schools and nurseries are open these should be too.
Education starts from birth but these classes also help the development of babies meaning that delayed development is less likely to be missed.
Baby groups are also a vital form of support for new parents. Many of these parents are those with babies who were born in lockdown and are already suffering from a lack of support from professionals and friends and family.
